International Shipping FAQ
Omax Health has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. This option is only available at Omaxhealth.com. Special offers, subscribe & save, and discounts are not available outside of the Continental U.S. and Canada.
To shop through our international shipping option, simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option which is directly under the checkout button (see image below). You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at email@example.com.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
International shipping can take up to 4-weeks depending on the requirements of each country. Please note that we cannot ship any HEMP products outside of the country due to regulatory clearance issues.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
