maybe I will flush my sinuses being cautious and maybe take extra capsule when feeling something while others at my work are sick, out of work or really struggling. Yes it worked thus far and best to have little extra for bad weather can hamper a delivery possible. I did quit caffeine because started getting severe leg cramps and now no leg cramps. Tried other things, miss the caffeine but some reason caffeine not tolerable right now. CellMax has been wonderful thank you. Nothing but good standing with CellMax. Like fruits too. Grapefruit favorite feeling without caffeine. Works for me. The best to everyone. Omax great too.
