I started taking this (BioCurc/HydroCurc) ~7+ years ago. Had suffered arthritis pain (injury) in my neck/shoulder through my 30s and 40s. I'm in my late 50s now and essentially pain-free! I cannot take NSAIDs, as I took too many to treat chronic pain in my 40s, and damaged my kidneys.
