I drive truck I’m in and out of it all day up and down! My right knee is bone on bone with the left not far behind. The pain at times can be quite excruciating radiating down into my ankles right up to my hips. I use the extra strength, just slobber it on let it dry and hit it again. This is truly a good product which actually works! Try it, it really takes the edge off. Good stuff!!!
