I cannot review this product because it was provided at no cost to me with my last order of CryoFreeze® Hemp Regular CBD Roll-On, which I have been using for years. Regular strength CryoFreeze works better than any other product I have tried or is made for my shoulder pain and that includes prescription lidocaine patches. When shoulder pain keeps me up at night, CryoFreeze is what allows me to fall asleep. However, I don't use the B-complex because I already take a men's daily vitamin supplement. And since it is an internal dietary supplement, I would need physician approval before adding it to my list of internal medications.

I have been using Omax Omega-3 for six years, after having surgery and treatment for breast cancer. I should have started even before! I had some joint pain that actually subsided after using this product and, overall, feel better than my usual baseline. I also take the Vitamin D3 and vitamin B-complex.

After 3 months of the B complex and some weight loss, my blood pressure numbers have been very good, the Dr has cut my meds in half
