Excellent product I have SI joint issues and I apply this right on my area of pain it takes a few minutes. I let it dry A little bit does not stain my clothes. This stuff gets in deep and calms ithe pain down. I use it in between chiropractor visits. I use it on my knee a little goes a long way. You can basically put this anywhere if you have pain I’m so glad I purchased this. Thank you.
